Join us for the Photographer's Talk on May 15 at 11:00. The Friends of Topsham Public Library will announce the People's Choice award winner and will raffle off a photo, entitled The Last Parade, by the library’s official photographer and volunteer, Keith Spiro. Keith has had his own photography show at the library and is a valued member of the library’s Development Committee. The Friends of the Topsham Public Library encourage all community members to join the Friends before May 15th and automatically be entered into the Friends Photo Lottery. All current Friends members have already been entered into the lottery! The Friends of the Topsham Public Library raise funds to support virtually all of the programs offered at the Topsham Public Library. Membership rates are $12.00 for an individual, $20.00 for a family and $35.00 for businesses. Keith Spiro’s photo is on display at the library circulation desk.
